SCHOOL FEES PAYMENT ORDER

Ways to attend our classes:

• Individual groups (up to 6 children) – prepayment only. Groups are smaller and the instructor has more time to approach every child individually.
• Regular groups (up to 12 children) – prepayment and post payment available.

Important information about school fees:

• Prepayment gives an advantage over post payment, when there are more participants than places.
• Prepayment can not be returned or transferred due to child’s absence.
• To change payment method please notify instructor at the latest by the end of the month.
• It is possible to join classes any time when free places are available.
• Prepayments will be transferred to next month in case the class is cancelled.
• Invoices are sent on e-mail addresses by 10th of every month, due date is 13th. We assume that invoices are paid on time and we prefer bank transfers, but instructors also accept cash (invoice number is also needed).

CREATIVITY GUARANTEE

Private Hobby School Omanäoline has creativity guarantee.

We believe in ourselves and are sure, that we can offer something to every child. You can apply for refund, if you are sure, that our arts and crafts classes have not developed your child’s creativity and imagination at all.

Terms:

• Written application with 5 reasons explaining how attending our class hasn’t developed your child’s creativity at all.
• Student has attended classes at least 25 times. 
• Application has to be submitted at the end of the school year, but before 1st of august.
• Guarantee applies only once per child.

When all the conditions are met, we will refund as soon as possible!
